General Designer of UST Inc. Anatoli Unitsky took part in the 6th International Arctic Summit “Arctic: Prospects, Innovations and Development of Regions”. In his report "Development of Northern and Arctic territories: problems and solutions" the author of string transport described the prospects for the integrated development of the Russian Federation’s Arctic zone. To do this, he proposed replacing inefficient transport of the “first level” with electric transport of the “second level” located above the ground, transferring energy to relic solar bioenergy, the “waste” of which will be vegetables and fruits, creating a chain of offshore cargo delivery ports remote from the coast, as well as building EcoHouses in which the entire population of the Arctic will live comfortably and safely.
