Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum, joined the VIII Global Conference on Near Space Industrialization. His presence confirmed the growing interest in the projects of the World Engineer.
Last year, the creator of string transport, together with representatives of the Unitsky Group of Companies, participated in the VI International Municipal BRICS Forum – 2024 in Moscow. The forum, which gathered delegations from 126 countries, showcased Anatoli Unitsky’s biospheric developments, which drew particular attention from the scientific community, government officials, and business leaders. A series of important negotiations took place during the event.
Following the successful participation, just a few months later, during the VII Global Conference on Near Space Industrialization, Anatoli Unitsky, General Designer of UST Inc., and Mikhail Sverdlov, Director of the BRICS Plus Business Communications Support Fund, signed a joint declaration with the aim of expanding cooperation.
In 2025, the dialogue moved into a practical phase. A landmark event was the participation of Mikhail Cherepanov, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum, in the VIII Global Conference on Near Space Industrialization. In his speech, the chairman emphasized the strategic alignment of Anatoli Unitsky’s projects with BRICS goals.
“BRICS’ strategic priorities – ensuring technological sovereignty and international cooperation in the field of innovation – directly correspond to the theme of the conference. I would like to particularly acknowledge Anatoli’s contribution and thank him for the opportunity to take part in discussing humanity’s development prospects and preserving our civilizational heritage for future generations,” said Mikhail Cherepanov.

As the World Engineer noted, the conference traditionally brings together those who think on a grand scale and act strategically. The participation of the chairman of the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum was an important step toward aligning the scientific and engineering approaches of BRICS member countries with those of the Unitsky Group of Companies.
“During the negotiations, we found many points of convergence – from engineering solutions to the philosophy of sustainable transport development within the Union State of Russia and Belarus. I look forward to continuing the dialogue at the VII International Municipal BRICS Forum and further implementing our initiatives,” commented Anatoli Unitsky, expressing gratitude to Mikhail Cherepanov for his involvement.
The World Engineer has repeatedly emphasized that the implementation of the global EcoSpace program and its space-oriented uSpace vector – which includes the creation of the General Planetary Vehicle – requires extensive international cooperation. Collaboration with the BRICS alliance, whose member countries host key projects of the Unitsky Group of Companies, is a strategic move that opens new opportunities for the realization and advancement of these technologies.
