General Designer of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. and author of the uSpace Programme Anatoli Unitsky is taking part in the 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC 77), which is taking place in Türkiye from October 5 to 9.
The International Astronautical Congress is the world’s largest platform for discussing space science and technologies, as well as the exploration and development of space. The Congress is organized by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), which brings together more than 600 organizations from over 80 countries, including leading space agencies, research centers, universities, and high-tech companies.

On October 9, from 09:30 to 10:00, the report “Global Programme for Non-Rocket Industrialisation of Space” will be presented in Antalya.
The General Designer of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. will introduce the uSpace Programme to an international audience. The Programme encompasses the non-rocket industrialisation of near space and the development of a unified geocosmic infrastructure connecting Earth with orbital space.
At the heart of the Programme is the General Planetary Vehicle (GPV) — a development by Anatoli Unitsky designed to transport cargo and passengers into orbit using electrical energy. The GPV is designed to operate without harming the environment: it uses no chemical fuel and produces no toxic emissions into the atmosphere. According to the developer’s calculations, the transport system will be capable of delivering up to 10 million tonnes of cargo and 10 million passengers to near space in a single mission.
The General Designer’s presentation at IAC 2026 will continue the international work on advancing the uSpace Programme. In 2025, Astroengineering Technologies LLC, established by Anatoli Unitsky to develop the space direction, became a member of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF).
In September this year, IAF representatives took part in the IX Global Conference on Near Space Industrialization in Maryina Gorka. As part of the event, Anatoli Unitsky and IAF Executive Director Christian Feichtinger signed a Joint Declaration on the Development of Space Activities and International Scientific and Technological Cooperation.
Anatoli Unitsky’s presentation will be available via live stream.
